Ingredients

  • Grated jaggery - 4 tbsp
  • Water - 2 glasses
  • Dried ginger - 1/2 tsp (powdered)
  • Green cardamom - 1 (powdered)
  • Few Holy basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Add grated jaggery in water and mix it well till jaggery completely dissolves in water.

  2. Add dried ginger, cardamom, holy basil leaves and mix well. Strain jaggery water.

  3. Pour in serving glasses and serve with some ice-cubes.
