Boondi Raita Recipe

  • Boondi - 1/2 cup
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Chat Masala -1/2 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp (powdered)
  • Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves - 1 tbsp


  1. Add boondi and 1 cup of warm water in a bowl. Let boondi get soaked in water for 5 minutes and then drain the water.

  2. Add curd in a bowl and whisk to make it creamy.

  3. Add boondi, chaat masala, sugar and salt and mix it well. Refrigerate for an hour.

  4. Just before serving, garnish with boondis, fresh coriander and sprinkle some red chilli powder.
