How to Make Rice Flour At Home

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Raw Rice
  • Water for cleaning rice

Instructions

  1. Clean rice with water few times. Soak raw rice in water for 2 hour.

  2. Drain the water and spread it on a towel for minimum 2 hours. If you feel its still wet, leave it for some more time.

  3. Grind it to a fine powder using your food processor.

  4. Sieve the flour twice and spread it on a plate for few hours.

  5. Store rice flour in a dry container and use it to make snacks or as a thickening agent.

Recipe Notes

I have used sona masuri raw rice. You can use ponni rice too.
