Sweet Cucumber Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cucumber (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 cups Yogurt
  • 4 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients till smooth, chill it and enjoy!!

Recipe Notes

If you want lassi to be really thick, avoid adding water.
