Heat a heavy bottomed pan or a non-stick pan and add 1 tbsp ghee to it.
Add freshly desiccated coconut, milk, bournvita and sugar and mix it well.
Keep stirring and cook on low flame.
Once it starts thickening, add 1 tbsp ghee and stir again.
Grease a square pan with ghee and Pour the mixture into it and spreads evenly.
When it cools down cut it into equal pieces and store it in a cool place.
