Clean and add florets in a pan. Pour 2 cups of water and boil it for 2 minutes. Set aside for 5 minutes and then drain water.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and let it crackle.
Add chopped onion shallots and saute till translucent.
Grind ginger and garlic to make a paste and add it in the pan. Saute nicely.
Now add curry leaves and saute!
Add asafoetida and turmeric. Add cauliflower florets and mix well.
Stir fry nicely for 5 minutes.
Add crushed pepper corns, salt to taste and mix well.
Add little water and close the pan. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
Mix gently and serve.
