Ingredients
Cashew nuts/Kaju - 1 cup
Garlic cloves - 6
thinly sliced
Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ghee/clarified butter - 1 tbsp
Instructions
Heat Ghee in a frying pan.
Add cashews, thinly sliced garlic and roast on low flame till they turn light golden brown color.
Add red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt to taste and mix well.
Enjoy as a tea time snack.
