Vanilla ice Cream

full cream milk
Boil milk and add cornflour. keep stirring on low flame till it starts thickening.
Add sugar and mix till it dissolves.
Remove from flame and add vanilla extract. Mix and let it cool down completely.
Whip the cream till it is light and fluffy.
Combine cream and boiled milk.
Assemble Kitchenif Ice Cream maker and set the timer for 30 minutes.
Pour the content and only open the ice cream maker once it beeps and timer stops.
Transfer the content in an ice cream container. Close the container with the lid and freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
Please do not skip to whip the cream for minimum 5 minutes. It makes cream light and fluffy.
