Spiced Mango Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 mangoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup milk
  • ΒΌ cup quick cooking oats
  • 2 Green cardamom crushed
  • 2 tsp Sugar optional
  • 6 Almonds broken

Instructions

  1. Cook oats in a pan with 1 cup of milk for 2-3 minutes. Let it cool down.

  2. Add diced mangoes, cooked oats, sugar and green cardamom in your blender. Blitz it.

  3. Pour in a serving glass. Garnish with some almonds and serve.
