Cucumber Onion Raita recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (peeled and finely chopped)
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • Curd/ dahi - 2 cups
  • Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Mint leaves - 6 (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Combine curd and salt in a bowl and whisk to make it creamy.

  2. Add finely chopped onions and cucumber, mint leaves, chaat masala in the whisked curd and mix it well.

  3. Garnish with coriander leaves, sprinkle some red chilli powder and serve.
