Avarakkai Poriyal is an easy to make Flat beans stir fry loaded with coconut. Avarakkai is a Tamil word for flat beans. It is super healthy and I’m sharing the recipe with a video today. You can make this in no time and enjoy it with some sambar and rice.

Watch this video to make Avarakkai Poriyal in quick easy steps:

I have earlier shared a recipe of Karnatak style field beans curry. It is made with the seeds inside the beans. Flat beans are also kown as field beans or hyacinth beans. Today I’m sharing a much more easier recipe to make Avarakkai Poriyal.
