Green Apple Spinach Cucumber Juice

Serves – 2
1 ripe green apple (chopped, core discarded)
1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves (chopped)
1 Cucumber (peeled and chopped)
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Salt – 1/8 tsp
Water – 1 cup
Add all the ingredients in your blender and blitz until smooth.
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 carrots (peeled and chopped)
- Ginger – 1 tbsp (grated)
- Celery – 1/2 cup (trimmed and chopped)
- Salt – 1/8 tsp
- Water – 1 cup
- Add all ingredients in your blender and blitz it. Pour the juice into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
