You don’t need a reason to eat an ice cream and I’m sure there are people out there who are crazy like me to enjoy an ice cream even in winters. After all, who can say no to something pink and delicious. I’m talking about one of my favorite dessert – Rose Falooda with ice cream.

Rose falooda is a dessert made with vermicelli, sabja seeds, thickened milk and Rose syrup for flavoring.  You can eat it with ice cream or choose to just chill it for few hours and serve. So, sharing an easy recipe to make Rose falooda at home and hope you all love making it too..

You can also try other desserts from my blog like – Pistachio Ice Cream, Mango Ice Cream, Strawberry Frozen Yogurt
