It’s season for mangoes and my all time favorite fruit filled with vitamin and minerals. Apples are packed with disease-fighting vitamins, antioxidants and more. That is the reason they say an apple a day keeps the doctor away.  So, sharing an easy peasy recipe to make a delicious nutty smoothie.

Serves – 2

Ingredients:

1 Apple (peeled and chopped)
1 mango (Peeled and chopped)
1 and 1/2 cup skimmed milk (vegans can use almond milk)
1 tbsp honey (you can also add sugar in place of it)
4-6 Almonds
1 cup Ice-cubes

Method:

1) Soak almonds in little warm water for 30 minutes. Remove the skin of the almonds and keep it aside.
2) Blend all ingredients in your blender until smooth and enjoy!
