I made a simple sweet cucumber lassi today with some cucumbers and yogurt. It really turned out very refreshing and cooling for this summer. Cucumbers are low on calorie and good source of dietary fiber. I love these earthen pots and love to have tea or smoothies in them. - Cucumber – 2 cups (peeled and chopped)
- 2 cups yogurt
- 3 tsp sugar (you can adjust sugar according to your taste)
- Blend all ingredients till smooth, chill it and enjoy!!
