Print Recipe

Phirni is a delicious creamy dessert made with broken rice combined with milk and my family loves it. The aroma of saffron and cardamom makes it even more delicious! Kesar means saffron and saffron adds richness to this sweet dish. It is also known as shahi phirni as saffron is added in it.

Check out the video to make it Shahi Phirni:

So, sharing a delicious pudding recipe with you all today. Hope you make it and share the feedback with me.

It is sweet? I didn't see any sweetener in the ingredient list! Maybe Cardamom Powder? I've never cooked using that powder before. Will have to check around to see if I can get some. BTW my hubby LOVES rice pudding!
