“Shahi” means royal and as the name suggests, Shahi Paneer Masala is a royal dish made with cottage cheese cooked in rich gravy. A dish perfect to fit for Kings is served mainly with Indian Flat bread (Naan/Tandoori Roti).

This is the first time I’ve guest blogged for my wonderful blogger friend Shazana. My heartiest thanks for this opportunity Shazzy Karim. Click here to check out her blog.
