Nothing can beat the combination of bread pakora on a rainy day with some ginger tea. I got addicted to these scrumptious snack during my college days in Delhi. There used to be this particular small road-side shop outside my college who used to make it every evening. He used to fill the pakoras with hari chutney  and serve with some sweet tamarind chutney. Me and my friends will buy few of them and enjoy them during our bus ride back home. It is simply delicious with the flavours of mint chutney. So, sharing an easy recipe to make it and hope you all enjoy it with your cup of tea/coffee :)..

These bread pakoras look mouthwatering and it’s hard for me to keep myself from grabbing them. If there was a virtual device which would make it possible to have these I surely would have savoured a couple right away. The green spicy chutney within is making it all the more inviting. Yummy yummy.

What a neat, quick way to form the pakoras. (I hadn’t seen them made with bread, before.)

    Perfect little nibble…
