Serves – 2
Dosa Batter – 2 big ladles full
Grated pizza cheese – 2-3 tbsp
capsicum finely chopped – 2 tbsp
tomatoes finely chopped – 1 tbsp
Butter – 1 tbsp
salt as per taste
black pepper/chilly flakes as per taste
2) Heat a non-stick griddle/tawa and grease it with few drops of butter. Once griddle is warm, lower the flame.
3) Pour a ladle full of dosa batter over it and spread it in circular shape.
4) Sprinkle capsicum and tomatoes on dosa. Sprinkle some cheese on the dosa and cover it with a domb or lid.
5) Let it cook for a minute or till the cheese melts completely. Sprinkle some seasoning and carefully remove from the griddle.
Serve it warm with some tomato ketchup.
