Mango Lassi is a popular yogurt-based summer drink in India. It is made by blending with mangoes, yogurt and it’s very refreshing to beat the heat. I have added a dash of cardamom powder which enhances the taste. I usually make yogurt based sweetened smoothies for my little boy as he wont eat plain yogurt. So, sharing another easy summer drink which you can enjoy with your family.
Serves – 4
Mango – 2 cups (peeled and chopped)
2 cups thick yogurt/dahi
1/2 cup skimmed milk or water
4 tbsp sugar (you can adjust sugar according to your taste or use honey in place of it)
Green Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
Blend all ingredients till smooth, chill it and enjoy!!
